Bring dance in the city, among people, to offer new perspectives and new freedoms, through the work of choreographers characterised by a “radical” artistic vitality: great protagonists like Lucinda Childs, Louise Lecavalier, Benoît Lachambre, Robyn Orlin, Xavier Leroy , Mathilde Monnier and La Ribot, established figures such as Lisbeth Gruwez and Ann Van den Broek, new and rising names such as Dana Michel, Alessandro Sciarroni, Daina Ashbee, Clara Furey, and the young choreographers of the Biennale College, Irina Baldini, Chloe Chignell, Joaquín Collado Parreño.

The catalogue of the 11th International Festival of Contemporary Dance collects and illustrates in an innovative volume the 15 invited artists, the shows, the film screenings and the meetings with the public that accompanied the performances programme: all the richness of a Festival dedicated to the exploration of new dimensions and the transformation of established habits and perceptions.
