The project is grafted onto the activity of the <strong>ASAC &#8211; La Biennale di Venezia&#8217;s Historical Archive of Contemporary Arts<\/strong>, in which, today as in the past, at their end, Exhibitions and Festivals are converted into records, turning into new research material and inspiration for the future.<br \/>\nThe magazine, whose first issue was published in July 1950 and that ran until 1971 with 68 published issues, is reborn today with the same spirit and nature that has characterised it since its very first edition, guided by one essential keyword: research, a term that recurs in the constituting law of La Biennale itself, and whose field of action encompasses the Visual Arts, Architecture, Dance, Music, Theatre, Cinema, and any discipline offering a space for reflection and discussion on today, always with a view to better understanding and imagining the future. As in the first magazine, fashion is also part in the project, precisely due to the connection the fashion creative process shares with art, archives, and experimentation.<br \/>\nEach issue, planned on a quarterly basis and dedicated to a specific theme, collects new testimonies, stories, and <em>ex cathedra<\/em> contributions by artists, researchers, and personalities from the world of culture and society.
