{"id":7687,"date":"2026-05-29T16:56:19","date_gmt":"2026-05-29T14:56:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/store.labiennale.org\/?post_type=product&#038;p=7687"},"modified":"2026-06-03T15:45:37","modified_gmt":"2026-06-03T13:45:37","slug":"la-biennale-di-venezia-magazine-2-26-emisferi-hemispheres","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/store.labiennale.org\/en\/prodotto\/la-biennale-di-venezia-magazine-2-26-emisferi-hemispheres\/","title":{"rendered":"LA BIENNALE DI VENEZIA 2\/26 MAGAZINE: EMISFERI \/ HEMISPHERES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em>Emisferi \/ Hemispheres<\/em><\/strong> is the second issue of <strong>2026<\/strong> of La Rivista della Biennale di Venezia, which returned to print in October 2024 after fifty-three years of editorial silence.<\/p>\n<p>In this issue, artists, scholars, scientists, historians and writers explore the meaning of the word Hemisphere from the perspective of their own discipline, forming a collective gaze on contemporaneity: the term is indeed appearing with increasing frequency in official speeches and news broadcasts.<\/p>\n<p>The issue brings into dialogue the many disciplines the Institution encompasses \u2014 visual arts, architecture, dance, music, theatre, cinema \u2014 interweaving them with science and literature as well. Through articles, interviews and conversations, all original and exclusive, dynamic balances and contemporary dualities are traced out to help us find our bearings in the near future.<\/p>\n<p>Conceived and produced as a printed edition, the Magazine stands out for the multiplicity of languages and freedom of expression, that allows graphic experimentation and cross-fertilisation between different forms and codes. The rich iconographic apparatus that draws largely from the Historical Archive of La Biennale and from national and international photographic research is a distinguishing trait of this publication.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The contributors to issue 2\/26<\/strong> are Francesco Moraglia, Luca Muscar\u00e0, Alessandro Vanoli, Cino Ricci, Antonio Vettese, Ludwig H. On the inside flap appears <em>Altarpiece, No. 1, Group X, Altarpieces<\/em> (1907) by the same artist.
